Shipping & Exchange Policy
This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to all services offered by Clapstick Media (“CM”, “we”, “our”, “us”) via our website, direct engagement, or affiliated platforms. As a digital-first agency, we primarily deliver digital services and content electronically. However, in specific scenarios (detailed below), physical shipping may be involved.
1. Modes of Delivery
1.1 Digital Delivery (Default Method)
All services — including AI reels, branding assets, video ads, design projects, and digital campaigns — are delivered electronically via:
- Email (via secured file links or attachments)
- Private cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Client portals or direct upload to social media accounts (if applicable)
1.2 Delivery Timelines
- Ready-made digital services (e.g., AI Reels, Monthly Packages): Typically delivered within 3–7 business days
- Customized services (e.g., corporate videos, branding, web campaigns): Timeline as per project scope and mutual agreement
- Ongoing or retainer-based services: Delivered as per defined schedules in the engagement contract or subscription plan
All timelines are indicative and contingent upon the client’s responsiveness (e.g., sharing inputs, approvals).
1.3 Physical Shipments (Exception Clause)
In rare and exceptional cases — such as:
- Government or PSU contracts involving sensitive or restricted content
- Projects with confidential security mandates
- Instances requiring bulk raw data transfers or backups
…we may dispatch pen drives or hard drives to the client’s registered address. In such cases:
- Shipping is done using standard third-party courier/logistics services
- CM does not accept responsibility for delays, damage, or loss incurred during transit
- Clients must inspect the shipment on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours
- Additional courier charges may apply based on destination, weight, and urgency
2. Service Classification & Exchange Handling
2.1 Readymade Services (Pre-defined)
Includes pre-scoped offerings like AI-generated video reels, social media packages, templates, etc.
- One round of revision may be included (as specified)
- Exchanges are not applicable unless technical faults or non-delivery is proven
2.2 Customized Services (Bespoke Projects)
Includes all services built from scratch to match client needs (e.g., corporate films, custom illustrations, L&D content).
- Delivered as per milestones
- Revisions and exchanges governed by terms in individual project agreement
2.3 Subscription Packages (e.g., Monthly AI Reels)
Delivered in batches or on a scheduled basis.
- If delivery is delayed or skipped due to system or tool failure, makeup content or equivalent compensatory output may be offered

3. Exchange & Redelivery
CM does not offer “exchanges” in the traditional physical sense. However:
- Minor edits or corrections are offered as per service scope
- Re-delivery or replacements may be considered in case of:
- AI tool output failure
- Data corruption
- Missed delivery commitments caused by CM
- All redelivery is subject to CM’s assessment and discretion
4. Delivery Assurance
Your purchase is safe with us.
- Every paid order is honored through to final delivery
- We do not cut off or abandon projects midway unless there is a violation of terms or non-cooperation
- We aim for 100% client satisfaction and believe in working closely with each client to address concerns at every stage
5. Non-Applicability of Physical Exchange
We reiterate:
- CM does not sell any physical product
- We do not offer exchanges, returns, or COD deliveries applicable to physical goods
- “Shipping” is only relevant where mentioned in Section 1.3 or where expressly stated in the project scope
